We are a "Hands On Home Builder/Re-modeler/Handyman service ".
The primary Owners of Plan B., Robert and John, each have over 25
years experience in residential construction. Robert is a self made
contractor starting as a General Laborer for a New Home Builder in the
Greater ATL GA area in the mid 80's. John is a second generation
contractor. He trained under his father, who was a Master Carpenter
and Contractor in the State of Tennessee for over 30 years.
Our Homes have quality construction throughout. We use roof trusses for more strength as well as wind bracing and tornado/hurricane straps in areas where they are needed, wanted or warranted. Plan B's owners are very much hands on, we still do a lot of the work ourselves. So please give us a call if you are looking for that special builder, who still wears a tool belt and stands behind his work.
We do all the lot Preparation and Laying out of the footings. We also lay the block on most projects as a quality foundation is key to a Quality Build. We also do the Custom Trim work, Paint, Tile, Installation of the Cabinets, and the even the landscaping.
Plan B Is Licensed and Insured. And a Proud Member of Home Builders Associations all over the Southeast.
